Inverted wide field super-resolution microscope.

Highly recommended for fixed cells, as it is usable with up to four fluorophores and do not need any special staining protocols.

SIM (Structured Illumination Microscopy) doubles the resolution of an conventional microscope (lateral up to 110nm / axial ~250nm)

Booking rules:

Friday 8:30 – book 3/5 hours for fixed/live samples or tile scans
In the morning slots should begin at 8:00, if you don’t want to start at 8:00 book your slot earliest at 10:00 so a reasonable amount of time is left before your slot to be used by your early bird colleagues.

Friday 14:00 – an addition 3 hours can be booked

Friday 18:00 and any time after – any additional time can be booked

There are no special rules for weekends or evenings.
