Anaconda is a distribution of the Python and R programming languages for scientific computing, including data science, machine learning, data processing. 


Python is available on the HIVE, including packages for scientific and numeric operations (SciPy, Pandas), image analysis (OpenCV, napari), machine learning (sci-kit learn) and deep learning (keras, tensorflow). 


If you want to use Python on the HIVE, but need additional packages, please contact the Imaging Network.
